At dumbwireless, we offer a 14-day return window for all devices to ensure you find the perfect balance of connectivity and simplicity. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and no signs of physical damage.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Factory Reset & Data Wipe

  For your security, please remove all SIM cards, SD cards, and perform a factory reset to erase all personal data before shipping the device back.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the device and all original accessories back into the original box, then secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location using the provided label; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
